Payment Terms:

COD: All loads listed as COD on the rate confirmation sheet
are to be cash, cashiers check or certified check upon delivery
of load.  BAT Brokerage Inc will not bill customers on COD
loads.  

BILLING: BAT Brokerage Inc will bill the Shipper. We require
that our Carriers invoice us.  Generally all invoices will pay
within 30 days upon receipt of an original signed bill of lading.
*Note: We do accept invoices from factoring companies, if you
are not familiar with how factoring works, please contact us for
a reference.
